At Kaprisan Tours and Travels, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy across all our services due to the advance arrangements and resource allocation involved in fulfilling your bookings.


No Refund Policy

  • - We do not offer any refunds once a booking is confirmed. This applies to all services including:
  •         • Bus bookings (Local & Outstation)
  •         • Car rental services
  •         • Domestic & Pardesh parcel services

Our team schedules the driver, vehicle, and necessary logistics in advance to ensure a smooth and timely travel or delivery experience. As a result, the costs are non-recoverable even if a cancellation request is made.


Cancellation Policy

  • - While cancellations may be requested, they will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
  • - Once a booking is confirmed, no amount will be refunded, irrespective of the notice period.
  • - This applies to all categories: Travel bookings, Car on rent, and Parcel deliveries (including Pardesh Parcel).

We kindly request all customers to confirm their travel or parcel plans before finalizing any booking with us.
