Introduction
At Kaprisan Tours and Travels, we ensure a transparent and well-managed ticketing process for a smooth travel experience. Please read the following policy carefully before booking:
Ticket Booking
- - All tickets must be booked in advance through our official channels (website, office, or authorized agents).
- - Tickets are issued only after full payment is received.
- - Ensure correct passenger details (name, age, contact number) at the time of booking. Changes may not be permitted later.
Ticket Confirmation
- - Upon successful booking, a digital or printed ticket will be issued with your journey details.
- - It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry a valid ticket during travel.
- - Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time mentioned.
Ticket Changes / Rescheduling
- - Once issued, tickets cannot be rescheduled or modified.
- - No name changes, date changes, or destination changes are permitted.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
- In case of lost tickets, customers must contact our office with valid ID proof. Reissue may be allowed at our discretion.
Ticket Cancellation
- Cancellation is allowed with 0 refund, as the travel schedule is fixed and resources are allocated immediately after booking.
